On October 25, 2021, Hongji Metal and Shaoyang Polytechnic held the launching ceremony  of school-enterprise cooperation. Yibing Liu, Vice President of Shaoyang Polytechnic, Xinmin Huang, Dean of Automobile and Intelligent Manufacturing College, Yahong  Peng, Secretary of Party General Branch, Le'an Huang, Vice Dean of Teaching, Chunhua  Zhu, Vice Dean of Training, Steven Xie,  CEO of Hongji Metal, Xiaojun Luo, DGM of Hongji Metal, Baosheng Zhang, HRA Manager, and Sunny Zhao, GMO Manager, attended the signing ceremony. Before the ceremony, Dean Huang, led Hongji Metal group to visit the campus and introduced the history, majors, and students of the college.

At 10 a.m., the signing ceremony officially began. AT first , Dean Huang delivered a speech and expressed his sincere thanks and warm welcome to all leaders and guests!

Subsequently, Sunny Zhao, GMO Manager of Hongji Metal, showed Corporate Video to the teachers and students of the college, and introduced the development history, business profile, corporate culture and other company information of Hongji Metal.  Founded in 2000, Hongji Metal has six factories, mainly providing cold forging  parts and stamping parts for the automotive industry and security industry, and has its own cold forging raw material processing plant. It is high-tech enterprise certificated by Shanghai government . Finally, Sunny shared with the students the feelings and growth of previous graduates after joining Hongji through a video. She mentioned that the students who left the campus  a decade ago have now grown into the backbone of Hongji, and welcomed like-minded students to join Hongji to build a common future "World class supplier of cold forging and stamping products and solutions".

Baosheng Zhang, HRA Manager of Hongji Metal, gave a detailed introduction to the school-enterprise cooperation project. Shaoyang Polytechnic will set up a  "Hongji Class" for Hongji Metal, and Hongji Metal will invest rich school running resources in the "Hongji Class", including building training courses, providing part-time teachers, equipment and raw materials, and providing scholarships and bursaries for outstanding students. At the same time, Baosheng also mentioned that Hongji will provide market competitive salary for graduating students after they join Hongji after graduation. Besides, Hongji will equip each student with work tutors and life tutors, formulate detailed training plans, and provide dual channels of technical and management promotion to ensure that they  have opportunities to continue to grow and develop.

Steve Xie, CEO of Hongji Metal, expressed heartfelt thanks to all leaders and staff who have done a lot of work for the school-enterprise cooperation. He said that the signing ceremony marked a substantive step in bilateral cooperation and was of great significance to both sides. Hongji hopes to rely on the educational advantages of Shaoyang Polytechnic to build a cooperation platform for school and enterprise, cultivate more practical talents and promote the faster and better development of the enterprise. Steven encouraged the students to study hard, exercise themselves and improve themselves. He also looked forward to excellent graduates joining Hongji and growing up with Hongji. At the same time, Steven said that in the future, Hongji would give strong support to the new teaching model of school-enterprise cooperation and took various measures to continuously improve the level, expand the scope and tap the potential of the cooperation. Finally, he wished the cooperation between Hongji Metal and Shaoyang Polytechnic better and better.
