Our main components contain high-precision machining parts and secondary manufacture parts after cold-forging process within the scope of 220mm length and 170mm diameter.
Our more than 40 CNC machines and 8 multi-axis machining equipment mainly produce high-precision turned parts and products that require secondary processing after cold forging. The processing range is parts with an effective length of 220MM and a diameter within 170MM.
6 fully automated centerless grinders. Mainly produce high-precision turned parts and products that require secondary processing after cold forging. The processing range is parts with an effective length of 200MM and a diameter within 50MM, and the accuracy is 0.001mm.
