December 22, 2023, the first meeting of the Fourth Presidium of the Global Shaoyang Merchants Association was successfully held in Shaoyang. The meeting passed a resolution that Mr. Steven Xie, Chairman of Hongji Group, was elected as the Executive President of the Global Shaoyang Merchants Association.

At the meeting, the relevant issues were explained, and the members of the Bureau unanimously adopted the "Motion on the Proposed Addition of Mr. Steven Xie, President of Shanghai Shaoyang Chamber of Commerce in Hunan, as the Executive President". Tang Bin, You Lin, Zhang Wenchu, Jiang Baoqiang and Mr. Steven Xie, the five executive presidents, are each responsible for the day-to-day work of the Federation for half a year on a rotating basis; at the same time, the important work of industry and business model upgrading projects has been divided into divisions.

December 23, 2023, the first annual meeting of the global off-site Shaoyang Chamber of Commerce to serve the development of their hometown was held in Shaoyang city, President Mr. Steven Xie, as a representative of the off-site Shaoyang Chamber of Commerce, introduced the development of the Chamber and its next step, and put forward opinions and suggestions on the development of their hometown.

Mr. Steven Xie said that Shanghai Shaoyang Chamber of Commerce in Hunan Province has been established for 15 years, with the purpose of "serving Shao enterprises and developing the economy of the two places", and has been moving forward one step at a time. As the president of Hongji Group, its five subsidiaries, including Jiangsu Taicang Plant, Yancheng Hyundai Plant, Yancheng Dafeng Plant, are resisting the pressure, laying the foundation for the future cross-border development, and accumulating strength for Shao merchants and repaying to the hometown.
