2020 is an extremely unusual year in history. Together, we experienced the panic that the pandemic broke the peaceful life; Together, we overcame the "darkest moment" of uncertainty brought by  the external environment; Together, we, through mutual trust and joint efforts, saw the first ray of sunshine and hope in spring!

In order to commemorate the special year experienced by all Hongjiers  together, and to commend  the  outstanding employees  in this special year, Hongji grandly  held the "2020 Hongji Outstanding Employee Commendation Ceremony" under the theme of “Thumb up for Hardworking Hongjiers.” Families of  awareded employees were invited to attend the ceremony to witness the glorious highlight moments of the outstanding  employees together!

The Commendation Ceremony was held in Shanghai and Jiangsu, two venues on two days.

In order to commemorate this special year, Shanghai Hongji filmed a Hongji movie to record the journey of all Hongjiers.

 Participants exchanged  tickets for Hongji corporate culture peripheral products, and took photo with the poster of Hongji movie.

First of all, on behalf of the company, Steven congratulated the individuals who were commended, and expressed his welcome and thanks to the families of outstanding employees. Then Steven recalled the ups and downs that all Hongjiers experienced in 2020, and expressed his thanks to all Hongjiers for their efforts.

Steven said, "2020 is a year full of crisis, which not only contains risks, but also breeds new opportunities." Hongji achieved an annual growth of 10.4% in 2020; In September 2020, it acquired the auto parts business of Changhong company in Fengxian Shanghai; In December 2020, the negotiation of acquisition on Jiangsu Hyundai Special Steel was started, and it was successfully completed in the first quarter of 2021.

In addition, Steven emphasized  Hongji's core values of "Continuous Effort" and said that in the future, , the company will continue to evaluate people by responsibility and contribution,  set salary according to long-term dedication and contribution, and giving rewards according to short-term contribution.

Moreover, Steven  put forward the new growth target of Hongji in 2021, and stressed that "only by maintaining growth can the company provide more development opportunities and subsequent better remuneration for its employees, and only by maintaining a reasonable growth rate can the company maintain its vitality, and employees get opportunity to make progress"

After Steven’s speech,  participants watched the Hongji movie ”Thumb up for the Hardworking Hongjiers” together and reviewed the road that all Hongji people have walked side by side in 2020.

Last but not least, Steven and HRD presented awards to the prize-winners of "General Manager Award", "Ingenuity Award" and "Outstanding Employee Award", and expressed his gratitude for their efforts and the support of their family members. He hoped  that the prize-winners will " cherish the honorary title, be modest and prudent,  work harder and make greater progress, set higher goals and achieve greater results. "
